Classic machine learning
For structured business data, fast and accurate gradient-boosted models (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost), careful feature selection, the right validation for the data, and clear explanations of every prediction with SHAP and LIME.
MLOps & deployment
Models that keep performing after launch: automated pipelines (GitHub Actions, MLflow, Docker), training on SageMaker, Vertex AI or Azure ML, monitoring and drift alerts, and safe releases with canary and A/B tests.
